A rocket hit my house. How can I receive compensation? My home sustained damage due to the war. What should I do now?

War damage is damage caused to “property” as a result of one of the following: (Section 35 of the Property Tax and Compensation Fund Law, 5721-1961).

Regular military actions by enemy forces; or-
Other hostile acts against the State of Israel; or-
Military actions conducted by the Israel Defense Forces.

The question now is, what constitutes “property”?
